Graduated in 2008 in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and in 2014 obtained his Specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology.
Since January 2008 he has worked on shoulder surgery at the ICOT second division of Latina, participating in refresher courses and scientific meetings.
During the same period he was also assistant at the Quisisana private clinic in Rome of Dr. Agostino Tucciarone, dealing mainly with sports traumatology and arthroscopy.
He has participated in national and international courses on the topic “Shoulder surgery”, “Hip and knee arthroplasty” and “Sports traumatology”.
During this period he continued to carry out ward and operating room activities, perfecting himself in the field of shoulder surgery.
In 2013, Dr. De Cupis participated in a 6-month Fellowship in France, at the Shoulder Unit of the Center Orthopédique Santy in Lyon, directed by prof. Gilles Walch.
