Orthopedics and Traumatology of the shoulder and elbow

Dr. Giacomo Delle Rose graduated in 1995 in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan and obtained his Specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology in 2001.

The medical areas of interest are the degenerative pathology of the shoulder tendons and the glenohumeral joint and the shoulder instability and pathologies of the acromioclavicular joint.

The research areas of interest concern the techniques and methods of minimally invasive and prosthetic surgery of shoulder surgery. Materials and tools for improving surgical activity in the field of shoulder surgery.

From 1999 to 2006 he collaborated with San Carlo Borromeo Hospital – Milan
As a Level I Medical Director, he has carried out surgical activities dedicated to traumatology and minimally invasive techniques of the knee and shoulder and clinical research.
In 1999 he collaborated with Hôpital de La Croix-Rousse – Lyon, Lyon, France
He has carried out clinical research as a Chirurgien stagiaire étranger, in the field of minimally invasive and prosthetic knee surgery.
He is an Evaluating Doctor and Tutor for recent graduates during the post-graduate internship prior to the state exam at the University of Milan.

Dr. Delle Rose is a member of the Upper Limb Commission of SIGASCOT (Italian Society of Knee Surgery, Arthroscopy, Sports, Cartilage and Orthopedic Technologies)
